This workout program will not only help you lose excess weight over the 8 weeks but will also help you feel better, look fitter and have more energy.

 

One of the main aims of the program is to get your metabolism burning through progressive style workouts.

 

This program requires a pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat, so you can perform the workouts virtually anywhere. The program includes five progressive full body workouts as well as a pre-workout warm-up and post-workout cool down routines.

 

Each training session is around 20-45 minutes five days a week. The selected exercises will improve your overall fitness, flexibility, and upper/lower body strength.
