F.A.T. (Faulty Adverse Thinking 🤔 )

Hello and welcome! My name is Kenneth Rhine Sr. aka @Mr. Absmatic and I am a Certified Fitness and Nutrition Coach and I have developed a method to remove unwanted mind/body fat forever called M.M.R. (Measure, Manage, and Repeat). Below I explain the 3 steps in detail. For more information book a call with me now so we can get started!

Step 1. Measure

In this step we are going address how we are currently spending our time daily.  We do this by grabbing a journal or notebook( and no, not your phone) we want to physically write things done so we do not get distracted by apps on our phones or answering emails and text messages.

We want this list to be as detailed as possible, so from the time you wake up, until the time you go to sleep and everything in between. We want to track what time you wake up, what and when you eat. How much time you spend on social media and television programming which includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. How you feel throughout the day, your energy levels, and whatever else you spend the majority of your time doing. 

This is going to be our first list. Now we are going to start our second list which is going to include our goals and to-do-list divided by: daily, weekly, and monthly. At the top of this list I want you to write down, train 3 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes per session, your nutritional goals for example how much fat you want burn, and schedule to attend a weekly 30 minute group call.  These are mandatory but the rest of the list is yours.

Now we are going to move on to

Step 2. Manage

Like Peter Drucker said, “you can’t manage what you can’t measure”, but since we already measured how we are spending our time daily and created our goals and to-do-list,  now we just have to manage what we measured, track our progress, and get our results. We do this by removing all time wasters and replacing them with things from our goals and to-do-list.  It is really that simple but it does take a great deal of discipline and a massive amount of WHY.  You have to know why you are doing what you are doing and what it is going to take to continue to feed that WHY!

Which leads us to:

Step 3. Repeat

In this step, we repeat step 1 and 2.  We will follow this process indefinitely daily, weekly, and monthly until we reach our goals. Making any necessary changes along the way. And there it is, the 3 step process to achieving goals and burning f.a.t. Measure, Manage, and Repeat

We all know that there is no better time than now to go after your goals.  To be healthy, to be fit, to think and grow rich.  Your health is your only true wealth and from it, everything flows.  Now is your opportunity to not only succeed in having a successful career and family life but to have the trifecta which includes those two in addition to Burning the F.A.T. Away.
